When guests send photos, videos, or text messages to the designated WhatsApp number, we collect:

• The content of the message (text, images, videos, emojis, etc.).
• The sender’s phone number (as provided by WhatsApp).
• The timestamp and message ID.

We do not access or collect:

• Your WhatsApp contact list
• Other messages or media outside this Service
• Device data, such as GPS, IP, or usage metrics, beyond what is necessary for secure message delivery.

b. Event Information

We collect limited event details (e.g. couple’s name, wedding date, unique gallery ID) to correctly associate incoming content with the intended wedding gallery.

c. Technical Information

Our servers automatically collect anonymized diagnostic data (e.g. request logs, delivery status, and error reports) to maintain service reliability and security.

We use the collected data solely for the following purposes:

• To import and display submitted content in the correct wedding gallery.
• To ensure the reliable operation of the WhatsApp integration.
